Twitter master Elon Musk may be leaving his Twitter posts in the coming days, but there is evidence to show his continued involvement with the social media giant. Musk filed a massive $2.5 billion lawsuit against famed horror author Stephen King in the 10th Circuit Court yesterday.
The suit alleges harassment against Kujo’s master, stating that King’s alleged “sarcastic” and sarcastic posts criticizing Musk’s performance as Twitter controller-in-chief were: Critical and abusive approach, which adversely affected profits and shareholders.
Mr. Musk is deeply troubled by Mr. King’s tweets regarding his management style and activities while CEO of the company,” submitted Joe Konders, lead Musk litigator. “They have filed this massive suit as a warning and as a remedial measure.
King on the other hand, responded to the outcry with one of his trademark tweets. Musk did not immediately respond to the veiled insult, but instead added another hundred million dollars to the suit. This now brings the total to one hundred million dollars and everything I originally said.
With this litigation, the number of people sued by Tesla Teapartier rises to eight if you count Alyssa Milano seven times. That’s a pretty high reward for someone who literally dumped billions of dollars down a bottomless pit.
